Boot Camp with Jerome has been the best investment of my time, money and
energy! For the last 2 1/2 years I have worked out 2 to 3 days a week
(taking occasional short breaks) with a personal trainer at another
facility. During this time there were ups and downs but I never got the

Jerome I have already seen changes in my body that I had decided would never

The exercises and meal plans that Jerome set up for me were right on time.  I tried all the different diet pills before. In the military you are expected to have a thin look at all times and I sometimes needed a quick " fix ".  Those pills only worked for a little while and I was back to square one. So, I called Jerome and told him what I was trying to accomplish and he put a plan together in no time.  After working out and eating the meals daily and being consistent, I lost weight fast and was kicking myself for not listening a long time ago. My name is Ashley Becker and I have been working out with Jerome 3 days a week for the past 8 months.  Although I had been working out on my own for many years before I met Jerome, my body has since been transformed.  On the first day I came in, he asked me what my fitness goals were and what I hoped to get out of our workouts.  I told him and he delivered.  Legs is the one major area I told him I wanted to work on, and now, coming in to the summer months I can't wait to put on my shorts I used to dread wearing.  I truly look forward to working out with him every week because he always changes things up and I never get bored.  Whether that is because of the workouts or our constant conversation regarding music, the latest celebrity scandal, sports, or his extensive shoe collection, remains to be seen.  Thank you so much Jerome for all of your support, encouragement (always letting me believe I'm doing those pull-ups on my own), and overall knowledge of fitness and health.  I never expected to get a trainer and a good friend.  See you Monday!

I would like to recommend anyone who has the opportunity to train with Jerome Biggers to JUMP on it!  I have participated Jerome’s “Boot camp” for 3 months and the results have been astonishing.  Not only have I lost 14.8 pounds, but I lost inches in places where I did not realize that I needed to.

I have to admit at first I was very skeptical about an online training regimen. However, Jerome quickly proved me wrong! He makes training online feel like I am seeing him in person. I have two sets of routines, one to use at the gym and one for at home. The moves are explained in full details and are easy to follow. Not only are the moves easy, the newsletter and eating tips are an advantage too. I never fathomed I could have an online personal trainer, stick to the regimen, and see results! I am highly impressed and trust me the online program works if you stick to it.

Jerome Biggers of Couture Bodies is so easy to work with!!  He listens to what you want to accomplish, and encourages  you with each workout.  I have worked with other trainers before on a consistent basis but have never had results like this.  Three times a week, with a combination of weights, resistance training and short spurts of cardio and you are on your way!!  I lost 12-14 lbs. in three months but the most amazing part is the inches lost.!!  Give him a try - you won't be sorry!!
